250-280 g banana, broken into pieces
125 g Butter, Softened
215 g sugar
2 eggs
300 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe's preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C

Grease & prepare your tin - can be made into cake / loaf / muffins

Weigh in banana, butter & sugar 15 sec / spd 4 Scrape down sides of bowl

Add eggs 5 sec / spd 4 Scrape down sides of bowl

Add flour, baking powder and baking soda 10 sec / spd 4, scrape sides and 3 sec / spd 4 if needed.

Pour batter into your prepared tin.

Bake

Cake 30-40 mins

Loaf 20-30 mins

Muffins 15-20 mins

Bake until skewer comes out clean.
If making cake or loaf - tinfoil can be added to cover if the top is getting too brown during cooking.

Cake and muffins can be iced with cream cheese icing, white icing, chocolate icing etc

Freeze well un-iced
