- 250-280 g banana, broken into pieces
- 125 g Butter, Softened
- 215 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- Preheat oven to 180°C
Grease & prepare your tin - can be made into cake / loaf / muffins - Weigh in banana, butter & sugar 15 sec / spd 4 Scrape down sides of bowl
- Add eggs 5 sec / spd 4 Scrape down sides of bowl
- Add flour, baking powder and baking soda 10 sec / spd 4, scrape sides and 3 sec / spd 4 if needed.
- Pour batter into your prepared tin.
Bake
Cake 30-40 mins
Loaf 20-30 mins
Muffins 15-20 mins
Bake until skewer comes out clean.
If making cake or loaf - tinfoil can be added to cover if the top is getting too brown during cooking.
Cake and muffins can be iced with cream cheese icing, white icing, chocolate icing etc
