- 1 package silky or soft tofu, 237 grams
- 150 grams gluten free flour
- 130 grams Soft brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Gluten Free Baking Powder
- 40 grams cocoa powder, or raw cacao powder
Vegan Chocolate Icing
- 60 grams coconut oil, soft but not liquid
- 60 grams Soft brown sugar
- 20 grams cocoa, or raw cacao powder

Put all ingredients into TM bowl and mix 20 seconds on speed 4. Pout into a cake tin and bake 20 to 30 minutes until cake skewer comes out clean.
Put all ingredients into TM Bowl and mix 15 seconds on speed 4, spread over cake and let it set for about 15minutes. Keeping it in the fridge makes the icing seem more like chocolate.
