For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

I have made various pancake recipes from the RC and I've got to say hands down this one is the best.
Really light and fluffy. Very tasty
Same we halved the sugar and vanilla it was delicious 😋
It is delicious 😋 my kids love it
Don't let the batter rest.
I made the mistake of letting the batter rest, it became too thick to pour, and the pancakes came out too dense. I then added more milk and the results were much better.
I used 40g sugar and half the vanilla. Will try again next time without resting the batter, I'm sure it will turn out perfect.
Going to make these for guests for brekky tomorrow- would it be ok if I made the batch today and put in fridge to then cook tomorrow?
nice!!!!!!!!
Delicious, light and fluffy.... a real hit with the kids and full of flavour thank you!
