  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 320 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 460 grams Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 20 grams vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda / bi-carb soda

Recipe's preparation

    Pancakes (just like supermarket shake pancake mix)
  1. Place raw sugar, SR flour & baking soda / bi-carb into TM bowl. Mill 5 sec / sp 7
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix 10 sec / sp 5



    Scrape down TM bowl
  3. Scrape Closed lid"Closed lid" down and Mix again 10 sec / sp 5
  4. Place frypan on meduim heat add a small amount of butter to pan and pour required amonut of pancake mix into the pan.



    This depends on how big or little you like your pancakes.



    Turn the pancakes when bubble's appear all over the side that you can see.



    Turn and cook the other side.
  5. Keep pancakes hot in the thermo server.

    I have made various pancake recipes from the RC and I've got to say hands down this one is the best.
    Really light and fluffy. Very tasty

    Don't let the batter rest.

    I made the mistake of letting the batter rest, it became too thick to pour, and the pancakes came out too dense. I then added more milk and the results were much better.

    I used 40g sugar and half the vanilla. Will try again next time without resting the batter, I'm sure it will turn out perfect.
