Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl "Counter-clockwise operation" 5 seconds / speed 3
Add water and oil and mix "Dough mode" for 45 seconds
Turn dough out onto floured benchtop and knead into ball
Wrap in baking paper and place in fridge for 20mins.
Roll out to desired size

My dough was so soft/ runny and elasticy with these measurements, I don't know how ththe ratios could be right... I ended up adding more flour until it was equivalent to about 500grms. I did make a bake-up dough, but this dough ended up raising better. I left it to raise in a warm place (not the fridge) for about 2hrs. Not sure if the fridge step is what helps firm the dough, but with the initial ratios I couldn't even take the dough out it was so sticky and soft.
