- 125 g Self Raising Flour
- 125 g Cheddar grated

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a 12 hole patty pan tin
Place bacon in mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 6
Scrap down sides with spatula
Add remaining ingreditions "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds / speed 4
Spoon mixture into greased patty pan tin and cook for 18mins or until golden brown
Cheese and bacon scones
Tip
Best served warm
Add 125g tin of corn kernels for some added texture

Just delicious!! I increased the SR flour to 200g as it was a bit runny. Only made 10. Definitely a winner in my house.
So easy! So tasty! How could they be anything but - bacon and cheese a match made in heaven!
