Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Fabulous Soft Fluffy Pita Bread
I initially chose this recipe over others as it had the shortest time allocation so I was surprised at how good these wraps were.
These will definitely be a favourite in our house - my family loved them!
Thanks for a great recipe.
Really happy with this wrap.
We had it with lamb sovulakis and was beautiful.
Making again this week!
An excellent recipe and I’ve made this around 20 times.
I use self raising flour as I like them extra fluffy even when rolled/stretched thin. I usually fry three and then have two left over and they continue to rise even in the fridge. Also you can use the left over dough for homemade pizza!
Absolutely love this!!!!
Yum, yum, yum!! Throughly recommend this sovalaki bread. Quick, easy and delicious. 🤤
wow.. s"Counter-clockwise operation" so easy = so light & it's better than the shop / take away shop = 15 out of 10 - thank you for sharing.. 03/08/2018 made it again tonight = out of this world .. made it for Taco's = nice & soft & made one extra & had jam & peanut butter on it = to die for
Such a simple yet AMAZING recipe. Quantities are spot on.
I can't believe how simple this was to make. It's soft and thick and delicious with pulled lamb, tzatziki and rocket salad.
My family loved it and it disappeared very quickly. Would be yummy with a curry also.
Do you have a nice recipe for souvlaki chicken
These turned out great.
