- 50 g quinoa grains
- 170 g water
- 50 g apple, roughly chopped
- 1 dash cinnamon, to taste
- 2 dashes Stevia powder, or sweetener to taste
- 35 g frozen raspberries

1. Soak quinoa overnight in 120g of water. (This is needed to remove bitterness, but depends on the brand you use).
2. In the morning, tip the soaked quinoa and soaking water (no need to discard) into TM bowl. Add 50g water to ensure blades are covered.
3. Add apple, cinnamon and sweetener.
4. Cook 15 mins/ 100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" / sp2
5. Add raspberries and cook 2 mins/ 100C/"No counter-clockwise operation" / sp2
