Hands down the best apricot slice recipe I've tried so far. I did increase the amount of apricots to around 250g and drizzled white chocolate over the top instead of the milk/dark choc. Yum-o!
I made this for hubby yesterday. I made them into balls instead and did half dipped in white chocolate and half just rolled in coconut. I can't eat them myself however hubby gives them the big tick of approval!! Thanks for sharing

Made this to see how it went down for my sons birthday, took it to playgroup and everyone loved it came home with empty container.
This slice was a hit with everyone from my 3year old granddaughter to my 91 year old father-in-law. Simple and quick to make. I used Cadbury milk chocolate as the topping and it was super yummy. Enjoy!
