Ingredients

Biscoff Rocky Road Slice

  • 540g white chocolate, chopped
  • 125g Butter, chopped
  • 200g Biscoff spread
  • 124g Biscoff biscuites
  • 100g White MArshmellows, halved
  • 2x39g Caramilk Twirl bars, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 100g English toffee fudge pieces, quartered
  • 145g macadamia nuts, toasted
  • 100g Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Grease & Line a deep 23cm square cake pan
    2. Place chocolate in Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop 12s/sp8, scape down sides,
    3. Add in butter, and spread, melt 5m/50d/sp3, or until smooth
    4. Remove from heat, set aside to cool slightly
    5.Coursely break half the biscuits and place into a separate bowl,
    6. Add marshmellows, Caramilk, toffee, nuts and coconut.
    7. Stir to combine and Add in melted choc mix, Stir well
    8. Spoon into prepared pan, press down and sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 of biscoff biscuits that have been crumbled!!
    9. Place in the fridge for 6 hours or until firm.
    10. Remove the rocky road from the fridge and set aside for 15 minutes. Use a hot knife to cut into pieces to serve, or package for gifting.
