Chocolate Mix
- 150 g Dark Chocloate
- 40 g strong expresso coffee cold
- 60 g condensed milk
- 250 g marscarpone cheese
- 350 g Cream.
Assembly of Tiramisu
- 250 g Coffee liqueur
- 250 g sponge biscuits
- 50 g chocolate, melted in TMX

Place chocolate into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 8.
Add Coffee and condensed milk.
Mix 1 min/ 37c/ speed 4-5/
Watch sometimes needs less than 1 minute
Toss the biscuits in the liqueur. Layer the biscuits and the chocolate mixutre in a rectangular dish. Decorate the dessert with melted chocolate. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight before serving.
