- 750 g white chocolate
- 250 g white marshmallows
- 195 g craisins
- 150 g dried strawberries, I use Whisk & Pin
- 125 g pistachios, shelled
- 40 g Coconut, shredded, chips or desicated

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Break white chocolate into pieces and mill for 10 seconds on speed 8
- Heat the chocolate for 10 minutes on 50 degrees speed 1 (you might need to stop and scrape down the sides from time to time)
- Once all chocolate has melted turn heat off and stir for 1 minute on speed soft or until the temperature drops to 37 deg.
- Add craisins, strawberries, pistachios & coconut, mix for 30 seconds on reverse speed 2.
- Add marshmallows to bowl and use spatula to mix through the chocolate fruit & nut mix.
- Pour onto a lined baking tray and spread using spatula.
- Set aside in a cool place or fridge to set.
