I don’t know why my rating isn’t saving. Hopefully this time.

Great alternative recipe for dairy free, egg free etc. Used 1 frozen and 1 fresh banana. It definitely needed a lot more blitzing to get the fruit smoother before adding other ingredients. Will be amazing on a hot day, but satisfied my Sunday arvo craving and no guilt tmrc_emoticons.;)

Great recipe - thank you! I made half the quantity and after completing steps 1 and 2, I still found the mixture to be too lumpy. I then did two lots of 10 seconds at speed 6, which made the mixture a lot smoother. For the frozen fruit, I used raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and pineapple. I also used coconut yoghurt instead of the cream as I had a lot of it. It probabbly could've done with some additional sweetness but that may be because my fruit wasn't ripe enough. I really enojoyed the end result though.
