Recipe's preparation

    Halva (Marbled)
  1. Mix each batch separately.

Place all of the White Milk Halva ingredients into TM bowl and mix 5 seconds on speed 5. The mixture will come together like a soft playdough ball. Take out of TM and place onto bread mat - roll into a large ball. No need to clean the bowl before using for second batch.

Place all ingredients for the Chocolate Halva into TM Bowl and mix 5 seconds on speed 5. The mixture will come together like a soft playdough ball. Take out of TM and place onto bread mat - roll into a large ball. Knead 2 balls together to create a marbled effect.

Place into a square container lined with baking paper and pat down firmly. Place in fridge to firm. When firm slice into small squares.

This is addictive and hard to walk past the fridge without grabbing a square.

Tip

You can add any nuts to the recipe when making or press flaked almonds across top of Halva before placing in fridge to set,

I replace the milk powder with coconut milk powder...yum! Thanks for the inspiration. This definitely is a keeper. tmrc_emoticons.)

Delicious. I made tahini in the TM. I am taking this with me when I visit the grandchildren they can be taste testers. (if I don't eat it before I get there)
