Slice
- 100g coconut oil
- 50g Peanut Butter, your own or from a jar is fine
- 60g Maple syrup
- 20g cocoa powder
- 50g corn flake
- 1 pinch salt
Topping
- 30g coconut oil
- 30g Maple syrup
- 100g Peanut Butter

- Add 100g coconut oil and 59g of maple syrup into the bowl
Measure 20g cocoa powder into bowl
Plus 50g peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
Mix for 5minutes on heat 60; speed "Counter-clockwise operation" 2
Add cornflakes and stir through mixture with spatula.
Pour onto a tray and place in the fridge.
(If room permits pop into freezer)
Topping
Into the bowl add:
30g coconut oil
30g maple syrup
100g peanut butter
Stir for 3 minutes on heat 60; speed 2
Pour over cold slice and return to fridge or freezer.
When solid cut into your choice of size pieces.
Store in the fridge.

Tip
I used corn flakes because I had some.
Substitute for anything that will add slight crunch or lightness; eg rice puffs or mixed fruit would work too.
Rolled oats adds an extra healthy option.
