Ingredients

Herbs and spices

  • 1 stalk Lemon grass, fleshy part
  • 2 --- Green Chillies, seeds in or removed to your preference
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprig corriander, keep some of the leaves to serve
  • 2 tablespoon stock, use beef or veg

Soup

  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 litre water
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoons fish sauce

Vegetables

  • 1 --- broccoli, stalk cut thinly
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 30 g green beans, sliced diagonally
  • 1 --- red chilli, dried, for sprinkling on top
  • 1 ribbon noodles, or your choice
  • 250 g Beef strips

Recipe's preparation

    Before you go....
  1. Place lemon grass, green chilli, garlic, ginger and corriander in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
    Scrape down sides of bowl.

    Dehydate and store in paperbag with stock of choice and add a description, fold and seal.

  2. Ready to Make Soup
  3. Into the bowl add packet of herbs and spices

    Then add coconut oil and saute 3 min/100/speed 1

    Add water, tamari and fish sauce and put broccoli, shallots, beans into varoma and place into position

    8 mins/100/speed 1

    Add beef for 10min/100/speed rev 1
    Add noodles as required.

    Stir vegetables from varoma through before serving.

    Sprinkle with chilli and any coriander if set aside.(optional)

    Place into thermoserver and cook rice

    ENJOY!

Put 400g rice into simmering basket
Add 1litre water
