Chocolate Pudding
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 80 g Self Raising Flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 50 gram Milk
Caramel Sauce
- 100 g brown sugar
- 110 g cream
- 50 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place butter and sugar into mixing bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl
Add egg and vanilla essence and combine for 5 sec/speed 5
Add flour cocoa and combine 15 sec/ speed 4 scrape down sides of bowl
Add milk and blend for 30 sec / speed 4
Place silicon egg poacher mould into varoma and pour mixture into moulds
Place 1000g luke warm water into mixing bowl, place varoma into position and steam 20min/varoma/speed 2

Oh my gosh! Sooooooo yum!!
I used small silicon cup cake moulds and a double mixture was enough for 12. Served with raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. Yum.
Used steel ramikins because I didn't have any of the silicon moulds and it came out as molten pudding! Delicious!!
