- 200 grams Tim Tam packet
- 30 grams Butter

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg

- 1. Grease four 8cm loose-bottomed tart pans
2. Place Tim Tams in bowl 10 seconds / Speed 5 or until fine crumbs
3. Remove 3 tablespoons for the soil and set aside.
4. Add butter (making sure its either room temperature or melted) and continue for 5 seconds / speed 5
5. Press crumb mixture into the base and sides of the prepared pans and chill for 15 minutes
Option 1:
1. Preheat over to 180degrees
2. Place cream in a pan over low heat and bring to just below boiling point. Remove from heat
3. Add chocolate and stand for 1 minute to melt a little, then stir until smooth
4. Cool chocolate mixture, then add vanilla and yolks and stir to combine
5. Pour chocolate filling into tart cases
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until just set
7. Cool tarts completely in the pans
Option 2:
1. Preheat over to 180 degrees
2. Place cream cheese and sugar in bowl, mix for 30-40 seconds/ speed 4-5 until light and creamy in colour
3. Add vanilla and egg and continue for 20 seconds / speed 4
4. Add filling to tart cases
5. Bake for 15 minutes
6. Cool in fridge for 15 minutes in cases

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
