Do you use whipping or thickened cream?
Thank you very nice
Thank you! I made this recipe when I first saw it recipes + and I lost it. my husband absolutely loves this dessert so was pretty happy when I came across this one. We use a mixture of fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries on the top with more whipped cream and also layer the fruit and the mousse mixture in the cocktail glass.
I liked the flavour of this but couldn't eat a lot of it as it was more like a ganache than a mousse! Would be great on vanilla or lemon cupcakes.
Absolutely delicious! my new favourite quick and easy desert to impress last minute guests. I used Milky Bar not Dream white chocolate and didn't find it rich at all. just creamy and lemony and yum!
This is a winner, very rich. Possibly could whip in egg white to make lighter?
