Yummy dessert in a hurry and great way to use up some fresh nectarines (the tree is loaded). Plus, relatively healthy as it is mostly water and fruit (and can adjust the amount of sugar).

Delicious! I used yellow nectarines and 40g sugar and still very sweet. Next time will try 20g sugar or omit all together? Thanks for the recipe and tip re sugar! Look forward to making again.

    Do you peel the nectarines?

Hi Anne, I don't use egg white in my sorbets.  It's up to you, if you want to use egg white tmrc_emoticons.)

Hi Lesley81, I'll try this seeing as I have my own nectarines to use up. Was there meant to be egg white in this? The EDC sorbet has egg white. Thanks Anne tmrc_emoticons.)
