Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Puddings
  1. Place butter & chocolate into the TM bowl, chop for 10 secs speed 10. Scape down sides of the bowl & melt for 2 mins 50 degrees speed 2. Add all reamaining ingredients & mix for 5 secs speed 5, scrape down & repeat if needed.

Divide mixture into 4 greased ramekins dishes that have been placed inside a baking dish & fill half way up on the outside of the ramekins with boiling water (a water bath) place into a 200 degree oven for 10 mins.

Puddings should be still goey in the middle. depending on your oven you may need to cook them for another 5 mins or so.

They are seriously rich & need to be served hot with icecream or cream.

Tip

You can have the puddings in their ramekins ready to bake & at dessert time just pop them in the oven tmrc_emoticons.-)

Really nice. Didn't have almond meal so used linseed meal. Teens had seconds!

10 minutes is nowhere near enough!! At least 25 minutes! Served mine with orange segments and cream. Delicious!

LOVE, LOVE LOVE this recipe... it is my go to choc dessert! Oh so easy and quick too tmrc_emoticons.)
I increase the almond meal to about 50g and decrease the sugar to about 80-90g.
I also cook it for about 30-40mins, not in a water bath. Maybe its my oven, but 10mins in a water bath left it uncooked!

Delicious but 10 mins is not nearly enough as the mixture was completely liquid.

Delicious!! I used hazelnut meal just because I had some, and halved the quantities to make just two.

Thoroughly enjoyed this recipe! I found they cooked best in a small flat dish as opposed to a ramekin.

delicious, I might just give them 5 mins longer next time because they were completely liquid underneath the crust.
