Ingredients
Ice-cream
- 200 g white chocolate, in pieces
- 3 eggs
- 150 g caster sugar
- 370 g cream
- 230 g Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Raspberry Swirl
- 100 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 50 g caster sugar
- 1/4 squeezed lemon

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Put chocolate into bowl and chop 10sec / sp8. Remove from bowl & set aside
2. Insert butterfly. Put eggs and sugar into bowl and beat 4min / 37c / sp3
3. Add cream, milk & vanilla and cook 6min / 80c / sp3
4. Pour into baking tray and cool. Then put into freezer for about 2 hours until the ice-cream starts to set arounf the edges of the tray.
5. Make raspberry swirl but putting all ingredients into a clean bowl. Cook 4min / 90c / sp4. Set aside & rinse bowl
6. Return ice-cream to clean bowl and beat 30sec / sp9. Then pour back into baking tray.
7. Place teaspoons of raspberry into the unset ice-cream and then swirl each one with a fork, making sure you do it with a folding-style action
8. Return to freezer & freeze overnight.
Tip
Suitable for both TM31 and TM5
Plan ahead. Whilst preparation time is minimal, waiting time is longer but once you try it, you'll love it and it's worth the wait.
Substitute other berries if desired.

Yummy. Added in the raspberry when the ice cream was a bit frozen so it didn't sink to the bottom
