  1. 1. Place almonds in TM bowl, mill for 20 seconds, speed 9.

     

    2. Add bananas, coconut milk, cacao powder, honey, coconut oil and ice.Blend for 1 minute 30 seconds, speed 9.

    The shake looked amazing & there was a great chocolate flavour. The consistency & colour was perfect however with the almonds, the texture wasn't quite smooth - there were 'bits' throughout. Maybe I needed to blend for longer? I'll try cashews next time to see if it can make it smoother & a touch more honey for sweetness (personal preference). Thanks for posting!
