Tip
You can use Rum or Barcadi instead of Vodka. I actually used home made Vodka which made it very cost effective.
You can brew a few cups of your favourite coffee instead of crystals. * This is meant to sit for a month or so but I used it straight away. Very Thermolicious! Enjoy

TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

the longer you leave it the better if you wife can lol
I made this a few days ago. I brewed 5 x nespresso pods instead of using the crystals, I didn't have white sugar, so I used raw. I have been taste testing each day (haha oops) and think I would add less sugar next time but apart from that it is tasting delicous. I have found that the flavour is developing more and more each day so would be lovely if left for a few weeks (not sure it will last that long though). Thanks for sharing your recipe.
Just made this. I had to stir the sugar for alot longer than reccomended and ended up actually heating it all a bit more to make it dissolve.
Also wasnt sure when to put the vanilla in so just added at same time as the sugar and coffee.
Made it as a gift for my father in law so havent tasted it yet but fingers crossed
