Delicious. Very popular with kids and adults at recent family BBQ.

    Hi Foodie Mum

First, thank you so much for your recipe but just one question: can we make it without using  "verjuice"? I'm from France and I'm not sure at all to get verjuice from a bioshop; please, let me know. Have a nice evening!

Hi Caryn - Verjuice is the juice of unfermented grapes. I buy a beautiful organic one from Llyod's Harvest (lloydsvineyard.com.au) and a popular one at the moment is Maggie Beer's verjuice. I've even seen that one in some Coles supermarkets.

What is verjuice? This isn't a thermomix recipe that I have to make the juice with first is it?  A two step one that I don't know about?

Stevia is a natural sweetener. One teaspoon is equivalent to 1 cup of sugar so you only need to use a tiny amount. I buy mine from Nirvana Health Products which I've seen in all the health food shops but they also sell them online from their website.

    Hi Foodie Mum,

Love to try this out but I have no idea what stevia is and where I can get it!?:O

    Please do tell.  Thanks.
