- 50 grams raw cashews
- 40 grams organic dried apricots
- 10 grams organic crystallised ginger
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 10 grams Organic Desiccated Coconut, (optional)

Combine all ingredients in the Thermomix and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 7. Remove and set aside.
Add the desiccated coconut to the bowl and mill for 5 seconds on speed 7.Shape into balls and coat in the coconut.
