Prawn Rice Noodle Stirfry - LOW FODMAP
- 250 grams raw prawns, peeled
- Capsicum, thinly sliced
- carrot, julliened
- broccoli, no stalks
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, check ingredients
- 1 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce, check ingredients
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce, gluten free
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 200 grams dried rice noodles

- Boil kettle and place noodles in a bowl to soak. Meanwhile add prawns to the TM bowl and use high heat mode 4mins. Once water is boiled cover the noodles and set aside to soak
- Add the veggies of choice and all of the sauces then use high heat mode again 4mins. Drain noodles and add the prawns and veg to the bowl and mix through carefully. Serve
Tip
Serve with green part of spring onion and chilli oil (if allowed and like it spicy)
Use any veg you are allowed. Small amounts of capsicum is allowed if cooked but you choose to match your needs.
