Ingredients
Creamy Tomato Vodka Pasta - LOW FODMAP
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Oil
- 250 grams chorizo sausage, minced
- 85 grams vodka
- 50 grams tomato paste
- 400 grams Tinned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chilli flake, dried, optional
- 100 grams cream, lactose free if needed
- 2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs, I use the semi-dried ones
- 300 grams gluten free penne

- Place a saucepan of water on to boil and cook pasta to packet directions.
- Add oil and chorizo (if not doing low fodmap diet) into the TM bowl. Use high heat mode 8mins.
If you are skipping the chorizo step add the vodka, tomato paste, tinned tomatoes, chilli (if using) and cream, then use high heat mode 5mins. - Drain pasta and place back into the saucepan then add the creamy sauce and stir well. Serve
Tip
Add chilli directly into your bowl once cooked if you are the only one wanting chilli.
You can use lactose free cream if required
I just used fresh chorizo sausages and took them out of their skins and minced them. DO NOT USE IF NEEDING TO BE LOW FODMAP! I only added to the rest of the family and cooked my daughters seperately.
