Recipe's preparation

    Salmon and Quinoa Patties
  1. Steam quinoa and eggs in steamer basket with 500g water, 10 minutes/varoma/speed 2

Empty jug. Peel eggs and place in jug with quinoa and remaining ingredients and mix 5 seconds/speed 4

Flatten into patties and shallow fry until golden.

Tip

The eggs should still be runny as the yolk acts to bind the patties. The quinoa is cooked when the little tail pops out.

We won't be making these again. They were edible, but neither the taste nor the texture was very nice.

Great recipe. The patties bound together well and were a lovely healthy lunch served with salad. I didn't have psyllium husks so used quinoa flakes instead. Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely use it again.

Easy and yummy. I didn't have psyllium husks, so I added 40grams crushed cashews then tossed some of them in sesame seeds before frying. Will definitely make again.

I just made these and they are delish. I added a pinch of five spice and a dash of chilli powder and didn't have any psyllium so used gluten free flour. Thanks
