Loved this recipe. Very easy and super tasty. I increased cooking time by 2 minutes and I would probably add more cornflour next time to make quite a thick sauce. Will make this again

Thanks for this recipe, the flavours are beautiful. I didn't have asparagus so used frozen peas instead and it turned out great. I cut the chicken into strips and didn't have any issues with the cooking time like others have mentioned. Served with wholemeal pasta, it was delicious!

I made 4 batches of this over the last weekend for my diabetic father in law, serving with cauliflower rice. I too cooked the chicken for extra and cooked on Varoma as I found it wasnt cooked through to my liking - extra 6 minutes on Varoma.

I also had fresh baby asparagus so added 3 bunches - smelt and tastes great - a quick healthy meal - that you can freeze - thanks

This was delicious! Added some zucchini and carrot and cooked for a little extra time! Then served with mashed potato and swt potato! A huge hit in my household!

One of the best meals to come out of the thermie!

This tasted awesome. I used zucchini 's and broccolini instead of asparagus. I also used water instead of wine. I made mashed potato to go with this in my Thermomix also. My son was worried that I gave the leftovers to the dog I assured him he could have more the next day.

Absolutely delicious! My family loved it and I will definitely be making it again!

This tasted great. The only variation was I had to cook the chicken 7 mins longer than stipulated. The recipe doesn't state to cut the chicken into smaller chunks. I cut the breasts into thirds before cooking but suggest you cut them smaller. Served with brown rice and steamed ribbon veges. Loved cooking from scratch and no packet sauces or ingredients
