Ingredients
Beef Steak Rolls
- 400 grams Steak of Choice
- 1 portion Garlic & Herb Dip, Page 50 EDC
- 1 package Toothpicks
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 onion, halved
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 400 grams beef stock, or vege stock and water
- 4 tablespoons thickened cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon cornflour

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
When cooked place onto Thermo Server and make sauce.
Add parsley and chop 5secs speed 4 abd set aside
Add onion and garlic and chop for 5secs on speed 7
Add butter and oil and cook for 5mins/100o/"Gentle stir setting"
Add stock or vege stock and water, and Soy Sauce and cook 2mins/80o/"Gentle stir setting"
Add cream and parsley and mix for 3 secs on speed 6
Add cornflour and cook for 3mins/90o/speed 3
Serve with veges of choice

Tasty & Interesting Idea.
I only cooked a couple and with a lot of other veges and other meatballs and ended up steaming way too long which made more chewy. Next time will watch cooking time a bit closer depending on where it is in Varoma and what else is with it.
Need to make sure toothpicks secured well, mine unrolled so lost some of the 'garlic & herb dip' (I improvised from some leftover garlic & herb cream cheese sauce).
Still all tasty and simple to make.
Thats probaly a FAB idea. The rolls are nice pan cooked too.

we really enjoyed this dish. But next time I will make the sauce first and keep it warm in the thermoserver. Then cook the meat.
By cooking the meat first it continues to cook in the thermoserver and becomes well done.
