I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
put into the "Closed lid" onion and oil. 3mins 100 degree, speed 3.
cut the chicken in pieces and cover them with some flour. (it helps to have a wonderful sauce).
insert the butterfly in the bowl, then add the chicken pieces. 3mins, 100degree, speed 1"Counter-clockwise operation" .
add the juice, salt and peper. 15 mins 100° speed 1.
pour into the "Closed lid" the sour cream and cook for further 2 mins.
Chicken in orange sauce
Tip
1 - the sour cream is optional. it is terrific also without
2 - it is really nice with rice.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
