    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Just made this for my lot and wow absolutley delicious served it over rice in a big bowl and all the sauce just blended beautifully. I only had 650g of breast chicken so I reduced each 15 minute round to 10 minutes. Thank you so much easy and quick and all I needed was chicken and the pantry.

I have attempted a few over the years, and i am so far happy.. I burnt my spices so is is a bit bitter, but after adding more stock and some sugar, it tastes lovely... I did however make the sauce in the thermi, and then cooked the chicken in a pan and added the sauce to it.. Not a fan of chicken in the thermi... It simmered for a while and has thickened up nicely. Will make again. kissmanga https://kiss-manga.com read thoudsands of high-quality manga

Great recipe tastes better than our local Indian restaurant. I used chicken tenderloins which did shred but the flavour was spot on. I mixed in some Greek yoghurt and served over baby spinach leaves with Naan bread. Thanks so much kitkat7, I will try your other recipes!
