For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

This is one of my all-time favourite recipes to make. My wife often asks for me to make it for her. I wish she'd sometimes make it for me
I initially found the chicken got a bit shredded so I usually chop all the chicken up and then microwave it in a bowl so it goes white before I add it in. Then I ensure I end up with nice chunks of chicken.
Thanks for posting this recipe!
So good. Family loves it. Definitely a favorite. Yum
Really yummy! Will definitely be a regular. I used chicken breasts and inserted the butterfly just before adding the chicken. Still cooked on reverse and beautiful, tasty big chunks of chicken, no shredding. Increased coconut cream to around 200gm instead of adding cream.
Kids loved it ....usually they can be so awkward but they both are the whole lot! Success! I used coconut cream instead of the cream and tastes great.
Great recipe. Thank you. Added 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. Kids still ate it.
Family all loved this dish - thank you for the recipe . It was straightforward to make but I made some substitutions to make it dairy free (Nuttelex for butter, instead of the cream and coconut cream I just added a full tin of coconut cream so it was very saucy!). I also used coconut oil instead of plain oil plus I forgot the cloves although will add next time.
Lovely dish
Forgot to measure coconut cream and added whole can, about 320gms.
Hoping it will still be ok. Fingers crossed
thanks for recipe was easy but I still managed to stuff it up lol
Looks sooo yummy -thankyou - so is it 6 whole cloves? I cant see the step where we mill it? Or if powdered, how much powdered clove?
I used Salmon cut up into cubes, and it turned to mince while I was reading the comments below...oops. Will use the stir speed next time!!!! Delicious mild recipe that the kids actually tasted and said they'd eat!!!!!
