Ingredients
- 1/4 cauliflower, in florets
- 1 brown onion, peeled and halved
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 celery stalk, quartered
- 1 zucchini, quartered
- 1 carrot, quartered
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, quartered
- 500 g chicken breast, slightly frozen, cut in 2 cm pieces
- 4 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon Ground Coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- chilli, to taste (I use 1 tbsp sambal oelek)
- sour cream/yoghurt to serve
- lettuce cups, to serve

Place cauli florets into mixing bowl and process 5 secs/Reverse/Speed 5. Set aside.
Place zucchini, celery, garlic and onion into mixing bowl and chop 3 secs/Speed 4. Set aside with cauli (make sure reverse is off!).
Place Carrot and capsicum into mixing bowl and chop 2secs/Speed 5. Set aside with cauli mix.
Place chicken into bowl, mince 10secs/Sp7.
Put tamari in a wok and heat over medium heat. Add chicken mince and cook, stirring, until 3/4 cooked.
Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring until cooked through.
Serve with lettuce leaves and sour cream/yoghurt.
Tip
You could change the flavourings to any you like - try your favourite curry mix or mexican mix.

Find I needed to add more spices from r flavour. Healthy choice was yum. I froze some raw for next time.
Cooked this tonight, it was a good different kind of stir-fry. The lettuce was a good healthy touch as well, and plenty of left overs for lunch
