Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon garam masala
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger, 4 cm
- 15 grams coriander
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 100 grams plain yoghurt
Kebabs
- 2 fillets chicken breasts, chopped into pieces
- 1 zucinni, chopped into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, chopped into pieces
- 1 bunch wooden skewers
To Serve
- rice
- OR Couscous
- OR Cauliflower Rice

- Add garlic and ginger into TM bowl and chop 5 seconds/speed 7.
- Add the rest of the marinade ingredients and blend 10 seconds/speed 9.
- Add the chicken cubes to bowl and mix REVERSE 5 seconds/speed 2.
- Empty chicken into a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to cook - heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare your rice, couscous or cauliflower rice and greens.
- Assemble kebabs alternating some veggies with the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers and put them onto a metal rack above a baking tray.
- Roast uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and browned slightly around edges.

Tip
Did you know that Tikka is an Indian term for small pieces of meat or vegetables marinated in a spice mixture? This recipe does require you to marinate the chicken overnight, but it certainly is worth the wait!
