Ingredients
- 2 green chillies, fresh
- 50 grams coconut milk
- 120 grams natural low fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground almonds
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 centimetre ginger fresh
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 4 cardamon pods
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon mint, fresh
- 1 tablespoon oilve oil
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 black pepper corns
- 250 grams lean lamb, cut into strips
- 150 grams water
- fresh mint to garnish

Place chillies, almonds, garlic, ginger, cardamon pods and mint into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7. Add yogurt, salt, garam masala, cinnamon and coconut milk and mix for 4 seconds on speed 4. Set aside.
Wash and dry bowl. Add onion and chop for 4 seconds on speed 4. Add oil and saute for 2 minutes 100C on speed 1.
Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes at 100C on Reverse + speed soft.
Remove bay leaf before serving with rice.

Beautiful! I added some cornflour to thicken, but the kids all loved it
tastes great - thanks for sharing. Also good with chicken. Thickens on standing, otherwise add a little cornflour to thicken if you prefer
