I added more spices and loved it.
Very tasty! Easy to make and delicious. It took my partner back to his yiayia's cooking. Definitely making again.
I added salt, pepper and an extra garlic clove or 2. I also finished off the koftas in the oven to ensure they were completely cooked through and served with a mint & cucumber yogurt sauce for a bit more flavour.
Thank you very easy recipe. I doubled the spices and added salt but wasn't a fan of the yoghurt dressing.
Quite nice... needs salt and pepper a bit of mint would be nice too
Tasty and super easy.
Needs salt and pepper added to mixture, but quite nice
These were really yummy. Yoghurt sauce was a bit "spicy" for the kids but otherwise great!
Simply delicious, just added some salt and pepper to the mixture with the herbs and they tasted perfect. No more buying maggi kofta mix for me...
Made these tonight, they were easy, light and very tasty.
Thank you for sharing.
