If you like meatballs (or rissoles) moister, you can mix some fresh breadcrumbs and milk to soften before you add the mince.

The texture seems to depend on the mince used.

This is a delicious recipe. In the last 6-8 minutes of cooking, I added some cauliflower florets, zuccini and asparagus in the bottom section of the Varoma to steam. (I wiped out the meatball residue first).

This was ok, my kids didn't like it. If I make it again it needs more flavour. My meatballs seemed a bit dry did I cook for too long?

This was really good.  I only put the mixed spice in the actual meatballs so that we didn't overpower the taste.  Kids seemed to enjoy it too.
