Ingredients
Meat balls
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- Sat and pepper, to taste
- 70 grams white wine dry
- 50 grams olive oil
- 1000 grams minced meat, option to use lamb or beef
- 300 grams medium grain rice (depending on desired thickness of soup), soak brown rice prior
Sauce
- 50 grams olive oil
- 800 grams Tinned or fresh tomatoes, whole or diced if tinned
- 400 grams Tomato purée (passata)
- 70 grams white wine, dry
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 100 grams tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 300 grams water, or to top up to just under 2L mark on TM bowl

1. Place bread, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper in "Closed lid" chop for 6 seconds on speed 6 until combined
2. Add remaining meatball ingredents, Except Rice, 10 seconds on speed 7 "Counter-clockwise operation" or until combined
3. Drain Rice, then place soaked rice in bowl, add All ingredents from "Closed lid" and mix by hand till combined then roll into sausgae shapes about 2cm in length x 4 cm wide, place into Varoma use both levels.
1. Place All Sauce ingredents in "Closed lid" Blend for 10 seconds on speed 6, then add Water
2. Set Varoma into position
3. Cook 35 mins/Varoma temperature on Speed 2"Counter-clockwise operation"
4. Preheat oven on 160 fanforced
5. Empty meatballs into baking tray pour sauce on top place in over for a furthur 15-20mins
6. Serve on bed of spaghetti and top with parmesan

So easy, and so yummy!
Yum , really easy to make and the house smelt so good. I added some chopped mushroom and carrots to the sauce so the kids got some extra vegies.
