Parmesan and Nut chicken nuggets

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 slices bread
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Handful Macadamias, Could be any nuts
  • 1 Sml plate of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dashes Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre-heat over to 180 degrees
    2. Slice chicken breast up into nugget sizes
    3. Mill parmesan and nuts for 10 sec/speed 9/MC on
    4. Add bread and continue to process for 5 - 10 sec/speed 8 / MC on
    5. Set up a plate with the breadcrumb mixture, a plate with flour and a bowl with eggs and milk whisked
    6. Coat nuggets in flour, egg mixture and then breadcrumb mixture and lay out on a greased or lined baking tray
    7. Bake for approx 20-25 minutes, turning once
