Recipe's preparation
- Add the ginger and garlic to the Thermomix bowl. Chop 5 sec / Speed 7.
- Scrape down the sides and add chili powder, cumin, garam masala, lime juice, oil, kefir/yogurt, and chicken.
- Mix 10 sec / Reverse / Speed 3 until well coated.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic and ginger to the Thermomix bowl. Chop 5 sec / Speed 7. Scrape down.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
