This reply will be 7 years too late but SS means 'soft speed'...the slowest speed (the spoon icon). 😅

Just made this for my family for dinner as I go off to work. It smells delish and I will know how it goes later!

I used lamb mince as that's what I had available in the freezer. If you choose to use mince, use your internal steaming basket so it doesn't turn to mush. Then just add it to the bowl at the end and stir it on speed 1 for 5 seconds to combine it with the rest of the ingredients.

I used red capsicum instead of the chillis

Very nice, made heaps for us. We had some on a pizza with a hommus base and topped with mozzarella. The remainder we had in burrito. We really enjoyed having the fresh coriander leaves sprinkled on both. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the really great feedback everyone - sorry just realise that I had written 170g oil - intstead of 70grams. Anything from 50 - 70 grams should be fine.

I made this last night! Super delicious flavours! Thanks for sharing! My 4yr old loves flavour  but not hot hot chilli flavour. So I "tweaked" the above ingredients a little: I didnt add any fresh chilli, only dried chilli powder. I only used 50g oil. I also added coconut milk at the end (because I found it was still too hot for my 4yr old). I removed half of the meat dish from TM bowl for my husband to have - he loves chilli. The other half left in the TM bowl, I added coconut milk too to cool the heat down. Everyone loved it! Served with rice. Definitely going to be one of our regular meals! tmrc_emoticons.)
