Delicious! A new favourite! I didn't find the chicken shredded. Will definitely make again

I have updated the recipe to include coconut cream (instead od coconut milk) and have deleted the 100g of water. This makes the sauce thicker, however will not solve the shredded chicken - sorry!

The flavour was nice but my chicken shredded way too much despite cutting it into large pieces. There was also far too much liquid - more like a soup. tmrc_emoticons.( Perhaps the butterfly needs to be used and coconut cream.
