- 350g chicken thighs cubed
- 1 onion brown
- 1 garlicclove
- sprig Thyme
- 20g olive oil, or oil of choice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
cut all fat from chicken and cube (frozen or semi frozen fine) turbo a little at a time till all minced,set aside
chop onion garlic scrape down and add oil and cook 3mins/ veroma /speed2 add thyme and cook 1min/100/rev/speed 2
add mince back into jug and mix 1min or so rev/speed4 till combined
divide mixture between 3 pieces of glad wrap and roll twist ends,see picture try get tight.place into top tray of varoma and put 1 litre of water and cook 30mins/varoma/speed2
best leave overnight after cooking flavours develop andyou can then slice and fry or add to salads

Tip
I am doing whole30 found it hard and expensive to buy sausgae and bacon so this was a great quick addition to breakfast or lunch going to do some with chilli and or veg

cant believe this worked, held together with no skin. next time going to add more herbs, possibly some fresh apricot and make them smaller, maybe lunchbox size
