- 7 - 10 cubes ice
- 250 grams Milk
- 1 banana, frozen & broken into 4 - 5 bits
- 30 grams rolled oats
- 15 grams chia seeds
- 40 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 15 grams honey
Optional additives
- 5 grams powdered guarana
- 5 grams powdered ginseng
- 40 grams powdered maca
- 20 grams powdered flaxseed
- 20 grams powdered acai

Add all ingredients to the bowl and blend for 45 seconds - starting at speed 4, gradually working up to speed 9.
Tip
Add any or all of the optional powders, depending on what effects you'd like:
Guarana for energy and weight loss. It contains caffeine - I like it in the mornings.
Ginseng for energy, mental function & general wellbeing. It really works well with guarana for tha energy kick.
Maca for libido, energy, memory & stamina. I've found that I build up a tolerance to maca effects fairly quickly, and for me, a week on/week off usage works best.
Flaxseed for weight loss, its also a good source of fibre and omega-3 fatty acids
Acai for weight loss, detoxification & general well being - also a great source of antioxidants.
