Ingredients

  • 350 gram Medium or short grain white rice, weigh first and rince in the busket.
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienne
  • 150 gram red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 150 gram yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 150 gram bean sprouts, fresh, rinsed
  • 200 gram Baby Spinich, rinsed
  • 50 gram Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes then squeeze all the water out
  • 4 eggs whole
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil

Bibimbap Sauce(GoChuJang=Korean Chilli Paste)

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-4 tbsp Korean chilli paste
  • 20 gram sesame oil
  • 20 gram raw sugar
  • 15 gram water
  • 1 tsp vinegar, white

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.Add 1000g water in the Tm Bowl and place rinced rice in the basket

    2. Place 4 eggs on wet scrunched baking paper then place all the vegetables except bean sprouts and baby spinich in Varoma, cook  for 12 Min/Varoma/Speed2

    3.When finished place eggs in the Thermo Server to keep warm

  2. 4.Keep cooking further for 7 Min/ Varoma/Speed 2

    5. When finished add bean sprouts and baby spinich for 1 Min/Varoma/ Speed2

    6. Add 1serve of rice in a large bowl and an egg on top. Add all the vegetables with GoChuJang (adjust to taste) and drizzel 1tsp Soy Sauce and 1tbsp sesame oil. Mix well and enjoy!

Tip

1.Baking paper would be handy when you place eggs in Varoma

2.This is delicious Vegeterian dish but you can also add Bulgogi or Merinated beef

3. You can find GoChuJang(Korean Chilli Paste) at Asian Grocery stores.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
