Ingredients

Chickpeas

  • 1 can 400g chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 3/4 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled
  • salt
  • 1/4 Cup of almond meal or breadcrumbs
  • handful of fresh parsley
  • handful of fresh coriander

Recipe's preparation

    ➕BAKED FALAFEL➕
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

    Place all ingredients in bowl 5 SECONDS/SPEED 6

    Roll handfuls of mixture into balls and place on a baking paper covered tray

    Bake for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes

    Super easy, super delicious!
    Thanks for the share. These will definitely be a regular staple in our house.
    Will make double next time and freeze some, if they last that long!
    i had to increase the oven temperature and cook for longer but I think that is a reflection of my oven, not the recipe. 😉

    I cooked these in the air fryer and then froze them. My vegetarian son progressively ate them for lunch, as he'd throw together a salad and then the falafel would thaw in time for lunch.

    These are a staple in our house now. I just have a supply in the freezer for whoever wants them. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Very nice! We had these with mint and yoghurt sauce. I increased the oven temperature to 190 after the first 15 minutes which helped I think.
