I love this recipe. It's on high rotation in my house!!
Super easy, super delicious!
Thanks for the share. These will definitely be a regular staple in our house.
Will make double next time and freeze some, if they last that long!
i had to increase the oven temperature and cook for longer but I think that is a reflection of my oven, not the recipe. 😉
I cooked these in the air fryer and then froze them. My vegetarian son progressively ate them for lunch, as he'd throw together a salad and then the falafel would thaw in time for lunch.
These are a staple in our house now. I just have a supply in the freezer for whoever wants them.

Very nice! We had these with mint and yoghurt sauce. I increased the oven temperature to 190 after the first 15 minutes which helped I think.
aniemum: thanks for this idea, I added sultanas too

Great in the lunchbox too!
First time I made these tonight. It will be a regular
Hi,
Any idea as to if these would be suitable to freeze? If so before or after bakng?
Nice and easy to make, a bit crumbly and was hard to get them crunchy on the outside.
I can't get over how EASY and DELICIOUS this is! Tastes better than bought stuff! Huge fan, thanks for the recipe! P.s. I tried topping this with Vegan sour cream and it was AMAZING!
