Easy spaghetti in tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoons vege stock
- 500 grams water
- 250 grams dried spaghetti

Put garlic, onion, tomatoes in the TM bowl process 20 seconds speed 9
Add water and stock, cook 10 minutes 100 degrees speed 2
Put spaghetti through the hole in the lid, cook for 2 minutes less than directions on the packet, spoon speed and reverse, 100 degrees. This is usually about 12 minutes.
Pour into a thermoserver for 2 minutes before serving.
This helps it to absorb more liquid.

Tip
I also add carrot, courgette, quarter of a beetroot, some pumpkin, and apple if I want it to be sweeter. I use this to hide lots of vegetables that my son "doesn't eat". To make it good for vegans, add red or orange lentils and cook for 20 minutes and then pulverise at speed 9 for 20 seconds, go slowly to speed 9 so it doesn't spill over. Then add some more water and spaghetti and cook as long as the instructions on the packet

do u add the extra veg at step 1?
I made this last night, adding in extra veggies from our garden: chilli, zucchini, basil, capsicum, and it was DELICIOUS!
