  • 200 g broccoli
  • 150 g asparagus, Trimmed and quartered
  • 150 g snow peas, Sliced
  • 60 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 60 g bean shoots
  • 50 g Slivered Almonds (Toasted)
  • 40 g sesame oil
  • 60 g Kecap Manis (sweet soy)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place rice and quinoa in basket and rinse well.

    Place water into bowl. Insert TM Basket with rice and quinoa.

    Place Broccoli, Asparagus and Sno Peas in Varoma, set into postion and cook 16 min/Varoma/speed 2

    Place Baby Spinach leaves in the Thermoserver and cover with cooked rice and vegetables.

    Stir through combined Sesame Oil and Kecap Manis.

    Top with Almonds and Bean Shoots.

    Very yummy! Though I did end up cooking the rice for 25min not 16min.
