  • 1 red chilli, with seeds
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1-2 sprigs basil
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds, or pine nuts
  • 2 Medium zucchinis

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Cut chili into quarters and add to bowl,chop

    3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down side of bowl

     

    2.  Remove flesh from mango skin and add to bowl along with, mint, basil, lemon and salt. chop 3 sec/speed 5

     

    3.  Cut zuccinin into noodles and place salsa on top and garnish with sunflower seeds and a little extra basil

Tip

*  Remove the seeds from the chilli if you prefer less heat

* Double quantity if needed
